Elevation
Phone GPS elevation is usually ±10–30 ft, so treat it as rough. For ground elevations, pull the USGS 3DEP value for each point (needs signal, US sites only). Exports use USGS elevation when present, otherwise GPS.
Export site
Local X/Y are feet east and north of the site’s first point. Points marked * were set with a plumb offset. Data stays on this phone until you export it.
Video walkthrough
Films from this page while you walk the points you recorded in step 1. The screen tells you how far and which way the next point is, and drops a marker in the video when you reach it. Save the video and its marker file into the project’s Support folder for RLA Project Assistant.
